A graduate of the prestigious Sushant School of Architecture and a Master’s degree holder in Construction Management from City University, London, Aayush has seamlessly blended architectural excellence with entrepreneurial spirit. As the Principal Architect of ACad Studio Pvt Ltd., he has conceptualized and delivered over 200 bespoke luxury residences, each crafted with an uncompromising commitment to quality, elegance, and innovation.
Through years of designing and delivering dream homes for discerning clients, Aayush uncovered a profound insight — while architecture lays the foundation, it is refined décor that breathes soul, character, and identity into a space. Recognizing a gap in the Indian market for décor pieces that match international standards yet embody Indian artistry, he founded ACad Home. A visionary leader and master strategist, he has successfully built and operated a renowned manufacturing unit specializing in premium bus seating and has personally delivered and sold several landmark real estate projects.
Mr. Chaudhary’s journey reflects a rare combination of entrepreneurial spirit, craftsmanship, and a relentless pursuit of excellence. His deep-rooted expertise in manufacturing innovation, real estate development, and market leadership forms the foundation upon which ACad Home thrives today.
